They stole my proposal for primaries but they didn't get it right. My proposal is for five, not four, geographical primary regions. They would be equally divided, ten states in each: northeast, northwest, southeast, southwest, central. And as this article suggests, there should be a month of campaigning for each region, the order which region begins rotates.
But that still doesn't address some of the problems that previous posters alluded to. The media and the establishment elites would still manipulate voting with their jibber jabber about "momentum," front runner status, personal bias, and so forth.
Thanks to your comments and concerns I modify my proposal to this: voting or caucusing (is that a word?) on the same day after the five months of campaigning with all candidates still in the running with an equal shot.
